Job Candidate Qualifications

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Planning, Construction Management, Public Administration or related field from an accredited college or university. Candidates should have a minimum of six (6) years of progressively responsible related experience and at least two years of supervisory experience. Municipal experience and a Master’s degree are preferred.
